Via the opening of special tickets the entire maintenance intervention procedure is managed in configurable phases including the request for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions, the acceptance and verification of the request, inspections care of suppliers, quotes for the interventions, and monitoring of the interventions.
Easy Pro in the WEB version allows access by external users through appropriate user profiling for managing the requests for intervention that can be sent also by email.
Easy Pro contains an integrated document management system, removing the need for a separate package, which increases cost and hinders efficient day to day document searching. The document management modules in Easy Pro can be used not only for Property documentation but also for all other documents and incoming/outgoing letters, emails & files.
