This informative note is only issued for the website in question and not for any other websites that could be consulted by the user through links. The informative note is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European Authorities together with the Group instituted by art. 29 of the Directive 95/46/EC for the protection of personal data and for identifying the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users with when the latter connect to the web pages, irrespective of the purpose of said connection.

THE DATA CONTROLLER. Further to consultation of this website, certain data may be collected in relation to the persons identified or who are identifiable. The “controller” of the processing of said data is Adhera S.r.l. with registered office in Piazza Quattro Novembre no. 7, 20124 Milan.

PLACE OF PROCESSING THE DATA. The data processing associated with the web services of this website is carried out in the offices of Adhera S.r.l. and is only carried out by technical personnel of the office entrusted with the processing, or by technicians entrusted for occasional maintenance operations. None of the data deriving from the website will be disclosed or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material are only used for the purpose of supplying the service requested and are communicated to third parties solely in the case in which necessary for this purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED. Navigating data. During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures required for the functioning of this website acquire some personal data the transmitting of which is implicit in the use of the internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected for being associated with the identified parties, however due to its very nature, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, it could allow for identification of the users. Included in this category of data are the IP address, the domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of making the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the side of the file sent in reply, the numeric code indicating the status of the reply sent by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about use of the website and for checking correct operation and they are deleted immediately after being processed. The data could be used for ascertaining any liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes that damage the website: except in the case of this possibility, the data regarding web contracts are not saved for more than seven days. Data provided voluntarily by the user: the facultative, explicit and voluntary forwarding of emails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary for replying to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the email. Specific summarised information will be progressively recorded or displayed on the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION. In addition to everything specified for the navigation data, the user is free to provide Adhera S.r.l. with the personal data indicated in the request forms or in any case indicated in contacts made with the office for requesting the forwarding of informative material or other communications. Failure to forward such data may give rise to the impossibility of fulfilling the request. For the purpose of providing complete information we also wish to point out that in some cases the Authorities may request data and information pursuant to Art. 32, subsection 1, of Law no. 675/1996 (Art.157, of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 “Personal Data Protection Code”) for the purpose of monitoring the personal data. In these cases, the reply is obligatory under penalty of a fine.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS. A data subject to whom the personal data refer shall have the right at all times to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist and to know the contents and source of the same, checking the exactness of said data, and obtaining the integration, updating or rectification of the same (art. 13 of Law no. 675/1996 – Art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 “Personal Data Protection Code”). In accordance with Art. 7, he/she shall have the right to obtain erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as to object on legitimate grounds, to their processing. All requests must be forwarded to Adhera S.r.l.

METHOD OF PROCESSING. Personal data are processed with automated means for the time strictly necessary for achieving the purpose for which they have been collected. Specific security measures are complied with for preventing loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use, or unauthorised access to the same.
